We just received the following information from MT regarding Tuesday's Meet:

Parking: They reserve the pool parking lot for us. Once full, use street parking. Please do not park in front of fire hydrants and at least one car length before stop signs. Please do not park in the townhome parking lots.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive by 5:15. Please take into consideration the potential traffic you may encounter getting across town and leave earlier than usual! Warm-ups will be from 5:30-5:55.

Pool Deck: Please set up on the far side of the pool (near the diving board). They have limited tables and umbrellas, so please bring your own chairs/pop-ups.

Concessions: They accept cash and venmo. They will have pizza, drinks, snacks, and treats.

Lanes and Timing: They have a 5 lane pool. Lane 1 will be EXH. They use Time Drops for timing.

Cupcake Race: Will be held for 6 and unders to attempt Butterfly after the Breaststroke (assuming this means after all of the breaststroke races).

Volunteers: Meeting will be near the covered shelter at 5:45.

Ribbons: Swimmers 8 and under will receive participant ribbons at the meet. Main event ribbons will be provided in the family envelope you receive at the End of Season Party. If you cannot attend the party, we'll put the envelope in your mailbox next week!
