• Tuesday: FINAL MEET! AWAY vs. Meredith Townes (Theme: Pink Out) (more info below)
• Thursday: End of Season Party @ Hunters Landing Pool

🐬Meet #6: Our last Meet is this Tuesday, July 14th AWAY vs. Meredith Townes. We have not yet received specific information from them regarding the meet. Some of the info below is from their TSA website. We'll roll with this and if any other important info comes through, we will be sure to share it with you! 

• Meredith Townes is located at 3250 Morningside Drive Raleigh, NC 27607. Parking is available on the streets bordering the pool (Wycliff and Morningside) in addition to a lot on Morningside Drive adjacent to the pool. Please DO NOT park within 25 feet of intersections, driveways, or in numbered spaces in front of the condominium complexes, as they are reserved for residents.
• Meredith Townes is a 5 lane pool and they use Time Drops. 
• Pizza, drinks, snacks, and slushees are available for purchase before and during the meet.
• We do not know what their deck is like since we’ve never been there before, so it would probably be best to pack chairs and pop-ups, just in case.
• Please plan a little extra time to get over to Meredith Townes to arrive by 5:15 and get your swimmer’s number on their arm before warm-ups. We assume our swimmers will begin warm-ups at 5:30.
• This week’s theme is Pink Out. If your family would like to participate, we plan to arrive in PINK! The themes have been great for building community and this week it's also a great way to honor any of our past and present swim families that have battled breast cancer. We swim with them in support and solidarity!
• Typically, all volunteers meet at 5:45. Please review your volunteer position prior to the meet.
• We do not yet know if there will be a 6 and Under cupcake race or a parent/coach relay. We will let you know as soon as we find out.
• Not Attending: The following swimmers are already marked as “not attending” for this meet. If this information is incorrect or if your child gets sick the day of the meet or something else comes up, please let us know ASAP. Coach Charlotte sets the lineup on Sunday evenings and it is really hard to make day-of changes to our line-up! Coach Charlotte @ 984-269-9326 or Jill @ 757-580-4021 or Joanna @ 973-670-0923. If you do not see your child listed below, but you will NOT be attending the meet, please mark your child as “not attending” in Swimtopia before 6pm tonight!

🐬Swim Team Parent Survey Link

Each year we send out an anonymous parent survey and ask that you share your candid thoughts with us to help improve. We appreciate any feedback you are willing to provide regarding any aspect of the summer season, including but not limited to, coaching, management, communication, volunteering, social events, practices, and meets. 🐬End of Season Party on Thursday, July 16th from 6-8pm at the Hunters Landing Pool (1913 Pendelton Dr.). Coaches will be distributing paper plate awards, as well as trophies and medals! Pizza will be provided, so please RSVP by Wednesday so we can order enough for everyone! We also ask that you please sign up to bring a dessert (under JOB SIGNUPs in Swimtopia). Hope to see you there!
