Wow! What a great start to the season! We had beautiful weather, excited swimmers, and got you home before the Canes’ puck drop! Thank you to Matt Granahan for such a smooth run of events, all of our parents for getting your swimmers to the pool on time (and even early!), our coaches for your hard work leading up to time trials, our concessions team for kicking off the season with yummy food, our timers for rolling with the old-school stopwatches, and to all of our other volunteers, especially those that have tried a new position! It’s a team effort in and out of the water!

The highlight of the night was watching our youngest swimmers eagerly jumping off the blocks for the first time and giving it their all, and seeing our returning swimmers move through their races with ease and excitement! We look forward to seeing their continued progress over the course of the summer!

Times have been uploaded into Swimtopia (Thank you Steven and Chris!)! You can see your swimmer(s) times on the app if you click on Time Trials and scroll down to “events of interest.” We’ll also hang a copy of the results on the bulletin board at the pool.

Reminder: In preparation for our first meet next week, coaches will be holding a STARTS AND TURNS clinic this Saturday, June 6th from 9:00 until 10:30. ALL are welcome to attend!
