Well, not quite the ending to the season as we expected, but Mother Nature foiled our plans! We put up a REALLY good fight last night, but due to family obligations, much needed vacations, and work commitments we’ve lost a good amount of swimmers and volunteers for tonight. In conjunction with the possibility for more inclement weather, we have opted to concede and NOT return to Southall to complete the meet. We hope you understand and feel just as proud as we do about the season overall! Our BBWHL Dolphins are the BEST! 

I will save all the THANKS I usually pour into this weekly email for Thursday’s End of Season Party…because there’s a lot to share! We hope to see you there! Hunters Landing Pool from 6-8pm. Bring your own dinner (or order pizza from the food truck–info in last Sunday’s email or on FB) and a dessert to share. Coaches will be passing out paper plate awards, trophies and medals!

END OF SEASON PARTY RAIN PLANS: Speaking of the End of Season Party, there is a good chance Mother Nature will not be on our side for that either. In the case of inclement weather, we will move the End of Season Party to Saturday morning from 8:30-10:30 at the BBW pool. We will wait to make the call until later in the afternoon tomorrow, so be on alert for a Swimtopia message to confirm. If you have preordered pizzas, you will still be able to pick them up Thursday evening, but in the BBW Pool cul-de-sac instead.

GAME DAY TODAY: Coach Ben still plans on running game day this afternoon!

9 & Ups from 4:15-5:00, 8 & Unders from 5:00-5:30.

TSA EXTRA PRACTICES: We will be moving our extra TSA Practice this afternoon to one combined practice for all age groups from 5:30-6:30, directly following game day. Thursday’s practice remains the same–all age groups from 4:00-5:00pm. This only pertains to our swimmers who are swimming on Sunday at the TSA Championship Meet.
