Meet #5 Recap
What a night! It was HOT, but not as FIRE as our swimmers’ speed! What a way to light up the pool!

Coaches–like we’ve been saying each week, we are so thankful for each of you! You bring so much excitement, guidance, and team spirit to each and every practice and meet. Our swimmer’s are all excelling under your guidance! Thank you!
Parents–thank you so much for volunteering during meets, cheering for our swimmers, running to the store for much needed gatorade, getting your swimmers to practice and meets on time, and overall for your support of our team! We want to say a special thanks to several of our parents that have expressed a willingness to step up into some bigger roles this year and next! We couldn’t run this team without the help of everyone involved.
Super huge shout out to the best Concessions team in the Triangle Swim Association! What a dream team! Bryan–thank you for sweating your night away behind that grill and filling our bellies with some of the most delicious concessions food around; Alison–for all the behind the scenes that goes into organizing concessions and keeping everything flowing behind the tables; Scott–for the endless ice shaving and joke-sharing, and for everyone else that has volunteered behind the table this season! Thank you ALL SO much!
Congratulations once again to our Senior Swimmers–Angela, Christian, and Zack–like we said last night, we are so proud of all of you and your accomplishments, but most especially we are so thankful for all that you’ve contributed to our team, both in the pool and out! You will be missed! We wish you all the best in your futures!
Main event ribbons will be distributed today at practices.
Our next meet is at AWAY vs. Southall on TUESDAY, JULY 16th. It’s our last meet of the season, so we hope to see you all there (including our Juniors!). If you haven't already done so, please check your swimmers' attendance and make adjustments on SwimTopia as necessary. If you do not mark “not attending,” Swimtopia automatically assumes your swimmer will be there! Please also review your volunteer assignment. More information regarding the meet will be forthcoming in Sunday’s email.
Go Dolphins!
See you at the pool,
Jill and Andrea
