Despite our low numbers of swimmers, a VERY hot evening, and a VERY slow start on PW’s end, we still pulled off another BIG win!

Go Dolphins!

Many thanks to our parents that stepped up, stepped in, and rearranged to help fill our volunteer positions. We thank you for your patience at the beginning of the meet due to their tech issues and we are extremely grateful for your help!

We are SO proud of our littlest swimmers (Junior dolphin, Mary Shepard and 6 and under, Wyatt) all the way to our oldest (and probably most silliest) swimmer (thanks for the laughs, Zack!). We are especially thankful for all of our 33 swimmers that showed up, even those that weren’t feeling at the top of their game (Thank you, Angela!). We love the team spirit and we are so proud of ALL of you!

Coaches–you guys are the BEST! Your upbeat attitudes and your continuous, positive coaching style makes our swimmers feel proud of all of their accomplishments and is reflected in their improved strokes, hand shakes after races, and willingness to swim hard for our team! We appreciate you!

We were not given main event ribbons from PW at the end of the meet last night, so we will get those to you as soon as possible, but most likely not until early next week. Thanks for your patience!

We look forward to celebrating and having some fun with all of you tomorrow, Thursday, June 27th during our LUAU! We’ll have fun games and great food (I mean the tacos were good last night, but they weren’t Hudson’s tacos)! We look forward to seeing you at the BBW pool from 6-8pm. Please consider bringing a dessert to share.

Remember we have CONDENSED PRACTICES tomorrow due to the LUAU: 9 and ups from 4-5pm and 8 and unders from 5-5:45pm.

Coach Ben will be hanging out at the pool on Friday from 4-5:30. Stop by for some extra help on anything you would like to work on!

We have a Saturday clinic scheduled for this Saturday, June 29th from 9-10pm. The focus will be shared in Swimtopia today. Please be sure to RSVP in Swimtopia if you plan to attend!

Our next MEET is at AWAY vs. Hawthorne on TUESDAY, JULY 2nd. If you haven't already done so, please check your swimmers' attendance and make adjustments on Swimtopia as necessary. If you do not mark “not attending,” Swimtopia automatically assumes your swimmer will be there! Please also review your volunteer assignment. More information regarding the meet will be shared in Sunday’s email!
